Following up on last week's Google search algorithm update, Sitrix benchmarked a range of websites analysing how their organic ranking was affected...
In order to do so, Sitrix created the Sistrix Visibility Index which is calculated using the traffic on keywords, ranking and CTR on SERPs position.
Sitrix' Johannes Beus takes Mahalo.com as an example:
- Pre Google's update, Mahalo.com was indexed on 33875 keywords
- Post Google's update, Mahalo.com was indexed on 9799 keywords
- Two third of those 9799 keywords are on SERPs number 8 and after...
